Problem:

In Alster there was a problem with the cycle of contracting for staff and warnings because these were very slow and with much manual iteration between the team of People and Culture and the candidates, the whole process took on average 120 hours.

Proposal:

Integration of different Microsoft applications, automating 90% of the process and business rules, and Adobe Sign.

Solution:

• Getting a 90% digitalized experience, with greater safety and traceability of process stages, electronic signature and reduction of the cycle of contracting, according to what the candidate takes to read and complete the contract, on average 1 hour total, including the on-board process
