Alster strengthens its team to boost its growth and consolidation in the region with the incorporation of Camila Mingo as Legal Ops & Project Manager Lead

In line with the process of evolution and expansion that has been developing in recent years, Alster announced the appointment of Camila Mingo as Legal Ops & Project Manager Leada role that reflects the consolidation of a stage of sustained growth and the need to strengthen its structure in the face of the challenges facing the legal industry.
This incorporation responds to a continuous process of strengthening the equipment and sophistication of the business model. In that context, the charge has been gradually configured since its arrival at the company, formally integrating the functions of growth, strategic development and customer relationship, in line with the natural evolution of Alster as an alternative provider of legal services.
Camila Mingo is a lawyer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with a professional career marked by the convergence between law, business and technology. From early stages of his training, he directed his career towards the intersection between traditional legal practice and new models for the provision of legal services, specializing in Knowledge Management, Legal Operations and Artificial Intelligence applied to the law.
Throughout his career has combined legal exercise in international firms such as KPMG and Garrigues with strategic roles related to legal innovation, knowledge management and technological adoption. In recent years he has led regional initiatives in LegalTech and Knowledge Management, developing an integral look at the legal business, both from the internal operation of the organizations and from the customer experience.
In this role, Camila Mingo is responsible for articulating the service strategy of the vertical Legal Operations Consulting Alster, strengthen long-term relationships with customers and ensure that the solutions offered generate a concrete and measurable impact on their legal operation. Its functions include consulting in Legal Operations, design of value proposals, strategic support, development of new services, optimization of internal processes and intelligent use of technology to scale the signature model.
